Me: mid-thirties alternative guy with a punk/Goth fetish that goes all the way back to the age of 13.
You: a woman that still enjoys looking moderately hardcore without being jail-bate or a total head-case (mild head case OK *smile*).

Close to my age or older preferred. I do enjoy sharing new stuff, but if I have to explain to one more vacant twenty-something who Sid Vicious is (when they are wearing him on their shirt) I think I will tear my hair out.

Looking for: I do not get a lot of free time, but I do try and go out at least once a week. It is tough to drive all the way to SF when I have to work the next morning so I mostly go to local clubs and bars. I have made a lot of friends, but few "connections". Most of the women around my age are happily in relationships or do not go out anymore.

I know it sounds shallow to say that looks are so important, but that is why I am putting an add on this site. Almost since I went through puberty I have preferred hair in unnatural shades, and heavy eyeliner. Though I have had good relationships with women that looked “normal”, nothing turns my head like well done Siouxie make-up and a half shaved head.
I have even had a couple of female friends who liked me “dress-up” to get my attention, and it was fine for a while, but they were just “pretend punks”. Eventually, we would discover that we did not have much in common; many of them are still friends.
I realize that many of us have had to tone down some to keep a good job or just not frighten the “mundanes”, but does that mean we cannot get dressed up sometimes, go out, and have fun?!
